After 6 weeks of working consistently with Jamie, he feels more like family then who I was introduced to through Amanda at a meditation class. Evening Jamie .. I’ve check chakras with muscle test - I NEED to practise that one alot to get the hang of it though !! So then I practised the hand guitar string and yes I felt the strings pulling as I moved hand away .. I cleaned the chakras out with the yellow rose , I also felt the sludge winding and pulling it out then I reset the chakras as instructed ( when I figured out my left from my right )

anti-clockwise and then clockwise to reset these .. Then I re energised my aura and hopefully reset the spinning speeds then down into arms and hands .. The more I practise the easier these will be gif me to do and quicker for me to do .. I’m going to put lots practise in because I really need to get to know my chakras / aura and energies .. I’ll leave the illumination one till I get confident with the chakras .. I’m very pleased m able to work with my chakras and thank you very much Jamie .. Have a lovely evening S.

Jamie’s Distance Healing works just as brilliantly as visiting him in his London treatment room. I was unsure but gave it a go and am very happy that I did because it works! It was meant to be written in the middle of our journey, but I have so much to say and finally my thoughts have came together now.

I met Jamie while in a depressive state, not knowing how it’s gonna be in my life, what to do.

What steps to take or should I just stay in my cave.

I didn’t trust the world but I had this strong feeling that I can start my life from 0 again.

New country, no savings, no job.

Just a little light of home in my heart.

With Jamie we started shamanic healing sessions.

After first session I felt stronger.

I started to believe that I can shape my life the way I want. I started my happy path.

My biggest transmission.

Hi everyone!

The other day I attended a private meditation and mindfulness class at my friends house. Even though there was only 4 of us, it was truly a moving experience.

He came in and after opening a sacred space for us, set up his crystals and candles in a half circle.

His voice and words were really what I needed that day.

Half way in he started using his shamanic drum.

Oh My Goodness, the vibration went right through me.

By the end I felt like I had been meditating for about 20 minutes. It turned out to be 50 minutes!

I was so relaxed, yet so alive.'
